Where should we put it in the practice?
On the front desk where owners settle up or book the next visit. If you have a separate collection point for groomed pets, a second stand there catches owners at the moment they see their pet.
Should reception staff mention it?
Yes, and that's what makes it work. One line at the desk while the card machine is processing converts far better than a stand sitting silently on the counter.
Is it hygienic enough for a veterinary front desk?
The body is solid moulded plastic with the chip sealed inside, so it wipes down with the same products you already use on the counter. Alcohol wipes and disinfectant spray won't damage it.
What about clients whose visit didn't end well?
Your team decides who they mention it to, and nobody is going to raise it with an owner who has just lost a pet. The stand is silent until someone points at it.
Do pet owners need an app?
No. Any modern smartphone reads NFC with the screen unlocked, and the review page opens in their browser. There's a printed short link on the stand for anything that doesn't.
We have several branches: where do the reviews go?
Each stand is programmed to one review link, so a stand at each branch builds that branch's own Google Business Profile. Order them together and we'll programme each to its own listing.
