01 · WHO THIS IS FOR

Trade supply suits three kinds of business

Marketing agencies

Running Google Business Profile or local SEO as a retained service, and needing the review half of it to actually happen on the client’s premises.

Web and branding studios

Building the site, then handing over something for the counter. A small, tangible add-on at the end of a project that keeps you in the conversation after launch.

Print and signage suppliers

Already selling counter displays, menus and window graphics to the same shops and salons. A tap point sits in the existing catalogue without a new sales motion.

02 · THE GAP

You can do the strategy. You cannot stand at their counter.

Reviews are the part of a local package you have least control over. You can optimise the profile, fix the categories, write the replies and hand over a review link, and still watch a client collect two reviews a quarter because nobody at the front desk ever asks.

That gap shows up in your reporting rather than theirs. A stand on the counter does not ask for you, but it removes every step between a customer who was willing and a review that exists, which is where most of them are lost.

03 · HOW TRADE ORDERS WORK

Four steps, no onboarding

01

Send your numbers

Quantity and, if you want us to programme them, a list of client names and review links.

02

We quote and invoice

Trade price by tier, one invoice, 30 days to pay once your account is open.

03

Programmed or blank

We write and label each stand per client, or ship them blank for you to write yourself.

04

One delivery, or direct

To your office in a single parcel, or split and labelled per client site on request.

04 · TRADE PRICING

Retail is £19.99. Trade starts at ten stands.

Per stand, ordered by invoice rather than card. Programming to each client's link is included at every tier, as is reprogramming later if a listing changes.

05 · WHY AGENCIES USE IT

A pitch nobody else in the room has

Most review tooling sold to agencies is software with a monthly fee, a login and a vendor's name on it. This is a one-off object with none of those attached.

Something competitors cannot show

Every agency in the pitch promises more reviews. You are the only one putting a physical object on the counter in week one.

Unbranded, so it reads as yours

No logo, no vendor name. If you want your own mark on it, that is a print job you control, not a licence you rent from us.

No dashboard to explain or resell

Nothing to onboard the client into, nothing to log into, no second subscription competing with your retainer.

No vendor lock-in to disclose

The tag holds the client's own Google URL. You are not asking them to depend on a third party's domain staying alive.

Free reprogramming, no time limit

Rebrands and new listings happen. Send it back and we rewrite it, or do it yourself in seconds.

One contact, not a support queue

A named person who knows your account, and 30-day invoice terms once the account is open.

06 · REQUEST A QUOTE

Open a trade account

Tell us roughly how many stands and whether you want them programmed. We come back with a quote, usually the same working day.

· First order paid up front while we set the account up
· 30-day invoice terms after that
· A named contact who knows your account
· Programming and later reprogramming included

We only use these details to quote your order.

07 · QUESTIONS

Questions agencies ask

Do the stands carry your branding?

No. Trade stands ship unbranded: no EvoMaxTap logo, no vendor name, nothing pointing back to us. What the client sees on their counter is a plain stand with a tap prompt and their own QR code.

Who programmes each stand?

Either of us. Send a spreadsheet of client names and review links and we programme and label each stand before dispatch, or take them blank and write them yourself with any NFC writer app. Most agencies start with the first and move to the second once they are doing volume.

Does the link go through your domain?

No, and this matters more than it sounds. Each tag holds the client's own Google review URL. Nothing routes through a domain we own, so there is no vendor dependency: if we disappeared tomorrow every stand you have placed keeps working.

Is there a dashboard or a subscription?

No. There is no portal, no per-client licence and no recurring fee of any kind. You buy hardware at a trade price and that is the end of the commercial relationship until you order again.

What if a client changes their review link?

Send the stand back and we reprogramme it free of charge, however long after purchase. If you would rather not post it, rewrite it yourself in about ten seconds.

What are the payment terms?

Trade accounts are invoiced with 30 days to pay. First order is usually paid up front while we set the account up, then on terms after that.

Can you ship direct to our clients?

Yes, on request, individually labelled per site. Most agencies prefer one delivery to their own office so they can hand the stand over in a meeting, which is a better moment than a parcel arriving unannounced.

Is there a minimum order?

Trade pricing and invoice terms start at ten stands. Below that, order from the retail page, where every stand is £19.99 and payment is by card.
