01 · THE MULTI-SITE PROBLEM

Head office sees one brand. Google sees fifty separate ratings.

Reviews attach to the listing they were left on, not to the brand. So a customer searching your name near them sees the rating of their nearest branch, and one weak site can lose business the rest of the network has earned.

Central marketing cannot fix that from a desk. The ask has to happen at each counter, which means each site needs its own review link in front of customers, in a form nobody has to remember. That is a distribution job, and it is the part that usually stalls.

02 · WHO ORDERS IN VOLUME

Three shapes of order we handle

Franchise networks

Every franchisee has their own Google listing and their own rating, and head office gets judged on the average. One order, each stand programmed to the branch it is going to.

Multi-site operators

Groups running ten, fifty or two hundred sites under one brand: pubs, clinics, salons, gyms, dealerships, care homes. Reviews accumulate per location, so hardware has to go per location.

Large single sites

Hospitals, universities, hotels, leisure centres and retail parks where one listing serves many counters. Several stands at reception, the café, the desk and the exit, all pointing at the same review page.

03 · VOLUME PRICING

Per stand, programmed and labelled

Under ten stands the price is the standard £19.99 each, quoted and invoiced the same way. Programming to each site’s own review link is included at every tier, as is reprogramming later. Delivery is quoted separately, and is one line on the invoice unless you want it split per site.

Small orders can be paid by card on the main page. Any quantity that is not listed there, we will quote.

04 · HOW A ROLLOUT RUNS

From site list to counters

01

Send your site list

A spreadsheet of locations with each one’s Google review link. If you do not have the links yet, we will show you how to pull them.

02

We quote against it

Volume price by tier, plus delivery, on a quote you can raise a purchase order against.

03

We programme and label

Every stand written to its own site and labelled by branch name, then checked before it is boxed.

04

Delivered and rolled out

One consignment to head office, or split deliveries per site. We include a one-page briefing sheet for site managers.

05 · WHAT A VOLUME ORDER INCLUDES

The admin, done before it ships

The hardware is the easy part of a hundred-site rollout. What takes the time is working out which link goes where, and that is the part we do for you.

Programmed per location

Send us a spreadsheet of sites and review links. Each stand arrives written and labelled for the branch it belongs to, so nothing has to be worked out on arrival.

Labelled for distribution

Individually bagged and labelled by site name, whether the pallet goes to head office or we split the delivery.

One purchase order, one invoice

Quoted against a PO, invoiced once, 30 days to pay. No card payments and no per-site expense claims.

Free reprogramming

Sites rebrand, listings get merged, branches move. Send a stand back at any point and we rewrite it at no charge.

Spares in the box

A small allowance of blank spares on larger orders, so a lost or damaged stand does not need a new order raising.

A named contact

One person who knows your rollout, rather than a support queue.

06 · REQUEST A QUOTE

Tell us how many stands

Any quantity, from three stands upwards. A rough site count is enough to quote against. We come back the same working day, usually with two options: one consignment centrally, or split per site.

· A quote you can raise a purchase order against
· One invoice, 30 days to pay once the account is open
· Programming and later reprogramming included
· A named contact for the rollout

We only use these details to quote your order.

07 · QUESTIONS

Questions from head office

Can every stand point at a different location?

Yes, and for a multi-site business it should. Reviews accumulate against the listing they are left on, so each branch needs its own review link if you want each branch's rating to grow. Send us the list and we programme them individually.

What if we do not have the review links for every site?

Send us the site list and we will pull them from your Business Profiles, or point you at the guide that shows a site manager how to find theirs in about a minute.

Can you deliver to each site instead of head office?

Yes. Most operators take one consignment centrally so stands can be handed out with a briefing, but we can split the delivery per site and label each parcel. Delivery is quoted separately when it is split.

Do you invoice against a purchase order?

Yes. We quote first, you raise a PO against the quote, and we invoice on dispatch with 30 days to pay. A first order from a new account is usually paid up front while the account is set up.

Can we get our own branding on the stands?

Not at present. Stands ship in the standard finish, with a printed tap prompt and the QR fallback. If branded hardware is a requirement, tell us the quantity when you enquire and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.

How do we get staff to actually use them?

The stand only removes the friction; someone still has to mention it. We include a one-page sheet for site managers with the line that works best and where to put the stand, and our guide on asking for reviews is free to circulate.

Are these the same stands as the £19.99 one?

Identical hardware. The only differences at volume are the price per stand, the programming being done in bulk, and the invoicing.

We are an agency buying for clients, not for our own sites.

Then the trade page is the right one, because the pricing and the terms are different. See trade and reseller supply.

08 · START SMALL

Pilot ten sites before you commit the network

Ten stands is the first volume tier and enough to prove the idea across a region. Smaller quantities are quoted at the standard £19.99. Compare those sites against the rest for a month, then roll out on evidence rather than a promise.
